We weren't too happy with the cleanliness of the room though, since they only made it up and changed towels and sheets every couple of days (which they don't specify anywhere when you make the reservation). First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding.
