BEDROOMS
Spread across two levels plus a private loft, this expansive residence offers a rare layout that comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor) – The primary retreat featuring a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Experience seamless luxury with modern mountain design and easy access to the main living areas.

Bedroom 2 (Main Floor) – A secondary sanctuary with a King bed and its own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) – Located upstairs for added privacy, this room features a King bed and a dedicated en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Second Floor Bunk Room) – The ultimate space for kids or large groups, featuring 1 Queen bed and 3 twin beds. This room has easy access to the full hallway bathroom.

Loft – A versatile space with a large, comfy couch and its own en-suite bathroom, offering a quiet `perch` above the action. While the couch is not a true sleeper sofa, it has been comfortably slept on by many!

BATHROOMS
This home is equipped with 4.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms. This includes four full bathrooms (mostly en-suite for maximum privacy) and a half-bath (powder room) perfectly situated for common area use. You’ll find a mix of modern walk-in showers and tub combos, all stocked with hotel-grade towels and premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The heart of the home is a gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen featuring high-end appliances and ample counter space for preparing après-ski snacks or full family dinners.

The open-concept lounge flows from the kitchen into a grand dining area. With soaring ceilings and large windows, the space is flooded with natural light. Whether you are gathering around the fireplace or planning your next run on the mountain, the layout ensures everyone can connect comfortably.

Getting around Beaver Creek is effortless from this prime village location. Beaver Creek Lodge is just steps from the ski lifts, village escalators, restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities, making it easy to explore without ever needing a car. Guests also have convenient access to the complimentary Village Transportation shuttle, which services Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. Nearby Avon offers additional dining, grocery stores, and direct access to Nottingham Lake and the Riverfront Express Gondola. Vail is just a short drive away, and Eagle County Regional Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the property, making travel to and from the mountains seamless year-round.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

• No pets allowed

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
