This single-family residence is sleek and modern with warm wood accents. Just a few steps away from Beaver Creek’s shops, restaurants, and lifts, this designer-furnished home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. It’s complete with a fully equipped kitchen, theater room, and private hot tub. It’s the perfect mountain getaway!

This three-story home is spacious and comfortable. The top floor features the formal dining room, kitchen, wet bar, and living room. To the side is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a steam shower, heated floors and tub. On the main floor, there are three additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The third bedroom has a king bed.

The bottom floor has a beautiful theater and game room with a brand new RH cloud couch. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this floor. One includes a twin over a queen bunk bed and the other is a junior primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and newly remodeled twin-head shower.

Guests can park one vehicle inside the garage and one additional outside.

Parties and events are not permitted in this home. Please note additional cleaning may be required based upon your group's size and planned activities. If needed, a Vail Butler representative will contact you to discuss.

Park Hyatt Amenities Access

Guests will have access to the amenities at the Park Hyatt, just a short walk away during your stay! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.  Up to thirteen (13) Park Hyatt amenities day passes per stay is provided by Vail Butler. Guests will gain access to the heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness center for 1 day of their choosing for each pass. Additional passes can be purchased from Vail Butler at our discounted rate. Full concierge services are also available.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
