We had a wonderful stay at this Beaver Creek townhouse! The location was absolutely perfect - so convenient to everything. The property was spacious, well maintained and has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The host was very responsive and shared great suggestions for the area. The house was a great setup for a large family get together! Everyone having their own bathroom was ideal. Location could not have been better with steps straight to the slopes. The host was very helpful with questions or requests we had. I highly recommend this property!

July in Colorado

Beautiful townhouse. Plenty of room for all eleven of us to sleep and be together. Well equipped kitchen that even has an ice machine and rarely seen trash compactor! Not air conditioned but Palmer gave us perfect instructions on how to keep the place cool. Swimming pool was only a few steps away at the adjacent hotel. Ideally located next to Beaver Creek Village where there are numerous things for the kids to do, plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Watched the July 4th fireworks across the street from the townhouse balcony. Palmer is an excellent host and is committed to making sure his guests have the best stay possible. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ski vacation at Beaver Creek

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beaver Creel for a ski vacation. This property was perfect for our needs; it is very well located, right next to the Strawberry chair lift so access to the runs is awesome. The condo is very spacious. There’s plenty of space for people to spread out, and all of the bedrooms have their own bath. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped; we tended to cook dinner at the condo so that was perfect for us. Palmer is an excellent host. He was readily available when we had questions and was really helpful with advice on the area. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house and perfect location!

If you're looking for a beautiful house that accommodates 10 people comfortably, this is it. Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed a terrific six-day stay. The house is well-appointed and offers access to the pool and other amenities of the nearby hotel. It's an easy 5-minute walk to the Beaver creek village. You'll love it.

Amazing location next to lift

Fantastic, spacious townhouse! Wonderful views, overlooking village and slopes. Kid friendly. Are two small kids slept in the loft area. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The hotel next-door, the Osprey hotel, provided ski valet services that were wonderful. Love this place. Would definitely come back.

Our Host Said This Was the Best Place in Beaver Creek...It's True!

I know I am going to shoot myself in the foot by writing about what a perfect place this is for a family or larger group to stay in Beaver Creek as we would love to stay there again. But it is only fair to our gracious host who was most welcoming and attentive. This is a spacious, very well appointed home right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village and part of the Osprey resort complex. This has several advantages. It is right next to the Strawberry Park Express lift for easy access to the mountain, and it offers a ski valet where you can leave your skis and boots at the end of the day so you don't have to lug your skis back and forth the the home (although it is a very short walk up some stairs). Alternatively, you can easily walk across the street to the Centennial lift or to Ski School if you have little ones like we did. Very convenient. As for the home itself, it is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities one would expect from a luxury home. My wife and I stayed in the spacious master bedroom at ground level with a spacious master bath, and our children and grandchildren stayed in the three bedrooms downstairs, also ample with their own baths. There is also a loft with additional beds on the top floor if needed. The living room is very spacious and comfortable and offers amazing views of the slopes and the traditional Thursday night fireworks. All in all a fabulous place. Highly recommended but please...don't tell anyone :-).

Beautiful view to see Centennial lift/run area and on-mountain fireworks. Spacious to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children, ages eleven to five - everyone could have their own space. Kitchenware/silverware was nicely stocked. Nice kitchen appliance features: Boiling hot water dispenser, ice machine, reverse osmosis water faucet, and trash compactor. Enjoyed heated floors in tiled foyer, halls, kitchen, bathrooms, as well as, steam shower, and bathroom heat lamps - not to mention the hot tub. An added bonus was the heated garage.

Perfect location and space

We absolutely loved this property. The location cannot be beat in BC— for the skiers in the group, we walked the 20 steps to the end of the lane and hopped on the run called Bitterroot and skied the 20 yards or so to Strawberry Park Express. You could also go down and ski across the bridge to Centennial lift. For the non-skiers (over half our group), it was a very short walk to the village- basically, go down some steps, cross the street and walk 30 yards. This combo of great village access and ski in / out was awesome and very rare in BC. The home itself was also fantastic - clean, great open living / kitchen space with plenty of comfy seating for a big group (major pet peeve of mine when a rental has no comfortable upholstered furniture!), great kitchen, and the bedrooms are below the living space on multiple floors which meant no one sleeping could hear the early risers or night owls - ideal. (If you had people sleep in the loft bedroom this would not apply to that room but we didn’t use it.) Very fun having both the private hot tub and the Osprey hot tub and heated pool (which also has a steam room and sauna you can use). We hope to come back!!!

The property's location is terrific for either skiing or visiting Beaver Creek village. Either is a short walk. Although we didn't take advantage of this, guests have access to the nearby Osprey Hotel's amenities. The house has all the bells and whistles: ice maker, centralized humidification, trash compactor, 3 different coffee makers, hot tub on a bedroom deck (you can also use the Osprey's hot tub, pool, sauna and steam bath. hospital beds to raise your head and/or feet, radiant heat with thermostats in every room, etc., etc. Kitchen cabinets are full of items like flour, salt, sugar, spices. The property is a wee bit tired as you would expect from a rental of this calibre but the biggest asset of all is the owner's enthusiastic willingness to answer any question, make suggestions, etc.

Heaven on the slopes

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was at Palmers lovely home on the slopes at Beaver Creek Village. This home is nestled between Strawbeery lift and Centennial lift making it super convenient to access either lift. The views from the kitchen and family room are to die for. We had family staying nearby and the convenience to the Village made it easy to meet for ice skating, dinner and drinks. Communication with Palmer was flawless, he always addressed any questions we had immediately. We can’t wait for another wonderful vacation at Palmers place in the future. Excellent week in a special place

My family and I spent New Years at this very special property. The ski in/ski out access and walkability to town are unparalleled.
