This wonderful lock-off unit is located in the heart of Avon with access to a private shuttle that will take you directly to the base of the Westin Gondola as well as a free private shuttle to Vail, (reservations required).

*Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!

Set with a comfy queen bed and hotel quality linens for your best nights rest and offers an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. Stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee, microwave, toaster and beautiful flat screen TV, you will experience a perfect spot to rejuvenate and feel refreshed during your stay.

After spending a full day on the slopes or hiking, shopping in the village or adventuring, enjoy time in the heated pool or soaking in one of the three hot tubs, or sauna. Nottingham Park/ Lake is a short walk away and offers beach side access, paddle boarding, a park, and plenty of space to take a blanket and enjoy a picnic! The Avon Rec Center is also just across the street and comes equipped with a gym, indoor lap pool, and water slide for the kiddos.The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and ideal for anyone working remotely. Perfect for a single guest or a couple.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great location and walkable to many spots! Served our purposes well. Only issue was that it got a little warm at night (we stayed in July), and the one fan available was small.

Great Value

This unit is as represented. Clean, solid, one bedroom, with nearby parking and community outdoor hot tub. The check in process requires a stop at the main office to register your car and then on to the unit itself. Both are a little challenging to find especially if there is a lot of snow. Overall pleased with the value.

Nice Studio Condo

Nice property - clean and well cared for. Ski shuttle service was very accessible and easy to use. Unfortunately the hot tub by our unit was not working until the last day of our stay, and the other one is much too long of a walk in a swim suit to use in the winter. Everything else was great.

Were we wrong?

We had a hard time getting in unit. There were actually two units called S2. How were we supposed to know that ours was the one in the back? We had to bother neighbors and make numerous phone calls to only find that there were two. But we were glad to find out that ours was off the street, had easier parking and no one ever walked past our unit. We appreciated the privacy. We did had to ask for an ironing board, but only got a table top one. Also there was no mirror at all I the bedroom, only in the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready for a wedding. A full length mirror would have been very helpful. But we really loved the unit and were extremely comfortable. And the staff was very kind.

Would rent again

Check in was a breeze with email instructions went ahead of time. Room was clean. Heat worked well. Bed was comfy. Refrigerator, toaster and microwave were nice to have. Bathroom was spotless as well. Parking is a little tight but nothing that would keep me from booking again. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I cannot comment on those. Super nice town to visit. Ski shuttles provided by the property were also a convenient way to get to the gondola.
