BEDROOMS
This home has 4 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Indulge in the spacious luxury of this primary bedroom, featuring a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Relax with your own smart TV and enjoy the convenience of main-level living.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Master): This private upstairs suite boasts a plush King bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. This bedroom features dedicated air conditioning, a desk setup for catching up on remote work, and black-out shades for a perfect night`s rest.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Perfect for kids or a group setup, this room features a unique bunk bed configuration with a Twin bed over a Full bed. An additional Twin bed provides extra sleeping space, and guests have their own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): With a King bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Includes its own private en-suite bathroom and a smart TV for late-night entertainment.

Downstairs Living Space: A pull-out sofa bed in the lower living area couch is available to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 4.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. Each of the 4 bedrooms boasts its own dedicated, full en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy for your group. An additional half bath is conveniently available. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The bright, open-concept living room flows effortlessly from the kitchen, featuring an indoor fireplace operated via a convenient remote control. Large windows let in a wealth of natural light, showcasing the beautiful 3-story design. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Our team is happy to offer extra services such as party decorating, grocery delivery, rentals and more through our local partners. Please reach out to your hosts for more information!

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

• No pets allowed

✔️To help maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, this home is strictly pet-free. We welcome trained service animals in accordance with applicable laws; however, emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted, as they are not considered service animals under our property`s pet policy. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we kindly ask that you notify us prior to your arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️ Air Conditioning: There is individual air conditioning units located in the upper master bedroom and the main floor living area only. The downstairs level and the main-floor bedroom do not have independent AC, though the main-floor bedroom can be cooled by opening the door to the main living area. Portable fans are provided in every bedroom.

✔️ Locked Fire Pit: There is an outdoor fire pit on site; however, it is strictly locked and not available for guest use.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

✔️We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!

✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
