This single-level apartment (with some stairs required for entry) is ideally located, providing easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek.

A combination air fryer/ toaster oven makes quick, easy meals effortless. Coffee lovers are well covered with a coffee grinder, Moka pot, and traditional drip coffee maker.



Activities

Winter: Perfectly positioned between Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts, with easy access to both. It’s a short 10-minute drive to the Lionshead and Vail parking structures, and just 5 minutes to Beaver Creek—making first chair and après equally effortless. The EagleVail golf course, just a block away, transforms into a cross-country ski track in the winter.

Summer: Step outside to enjoy walking-distance access to multiple neighborhood micro-parks and the EagleVail Trail. The EagleVail Golf Club—voted the Vail Valley’s favorite—is also just a short walk away, ideal for morning rounds or evening strolls.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom apartment, including both bedrooms with king-size beds and two updated bathrooms. You'll also have access to one free parking space. The apartment offers a private entrance. Please note that entry requires navigating some stairs.

Getting around from our condo is easy! We offer one free parking space for your convenience. For those flying in, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is approximately a 35-minute drive away. While public transport options are limited in Avon, the town is walkable, and many shops and restaurants are within easy reach. Consider using ride-sharing services for trips to Vail or Beaver Creek, or utilizing local shuttle services for transportation to the ski resorts and surrounding areas like the free CORE Transit system. Explore the beauty of the Rockies with ease from our central location.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We provide one free parking space. The apartment is located on a single level, but please be aware that there are some stairs required for entry. Smoking is not allowed within the apartment.
