Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
The front drive/main entrance is currently closed for construction and may cause some disruption. Please use the garage for access. Work is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving.

Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.

• Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25. Our apologies for any inconveniences.
