Liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie zB einer XBox auf dem Zimmer oder einer (für alle Besucher gleichermaßen nutzbare) Küchenzeile mit Kochplatte und Mikrowelle wie einer Ecke mit Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen. Tolle Lage direkt in der Natur und Abseits von städtischen Trubel. Dazu liebevoll zubereitets und üppiges Frühstück. Wir waren wirklich gerne hier.

Fint værelse og rigtig god morgenmad. Stedet var som helhed lidt slidt, men værelset var pænt og i okay stand. Ikke mulighed for at spise på stedet - nærmeste spisested ligger 5-10km væk.

The pictures showing outside the premises Are of beautiful scenery, the building itself is very rough and tired needs cleaning and painting outside and in, though the bed was comfortable, it was very dated, the breakfast was very limited and the breakfast area needed a lot of attention I felt it was expensive for what you get,

The room was perfect. Our trip was great with this hotel added to our trip. The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and safe. The breakfast was delightful and sitting in the beautiful dining room was so relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

Nice place, nice price

I found the Meetings to be nice, quaint, older but very satisfied with the room, host and bed and shower. A few things need attention (loose toilet seat), but it met my expectations and I had a good time here.

Cosy, comfortable, relaxed & welcoming

Very comfortable & pleasant stay despite first impressions of the external of the premises. Comfortable & very clean accommodation. Plenty hot water & good heating in room. Very comfortable bed. All British TV channels, WiFi & streaming available FOC. Network coverage a little weak due to location. Idyllic setting, though a little dated in decor style and in need of external overhaul. Good breakfast. Very accommodating host who facilitated me early breakfast request. Good value overall.

This accommodating, family-run inn on the banks of the Avonmore and Avonbeg rivers -- the famed "meeting of the waters" is a comfortable and welcoming space in a recently refurbished inn from the late 1800s. Best for guests with access to a car, The Meetings is still very manageable without one, since the Local Link bus stops four times a day for travel to nearby Wicklow Town and other villages as well as the gorgeous Glendalough region with its famed walks and historic ruins. Evenings in the delightful pub chatting with other guests and with our hosts were a highlight of our stay. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff great location

We stayed for one night ,a Tuesday night . I have stopped off here for a drink about two years ago while touring in Wicklow so I knew the area well enough. The bar and lounge are very dated but it suits the location in a way. After reading the reviews of the bed and breakfast I decided to take a chance and stay. The staff are so down to earth and welcoming. The room number 8 had a king sized bed and a huge flat screen TV. We had a drink in the bar which was very quiet . Breakfast was top class. I feel we got great service and value for money. Michael behind the bar was so helpful and charming . Only fault was with the wifi ,little to worry about . I'd say the up keep on the building is expensive taken all the trees and water . But it's in good condition. We will be back.

Great stay!

Wonderful location, beautiful scenery, and peaceful surroundings! While not so-called “fine” accommodations, they were most adequate and very clean. Close-by Rathdrum offers excellent dining and the B&B a good breakfast and welcoming pub. A very pleasant stay overall!

Beautiful location! Relaxing upper deck overlooking the rivers. Separate entrance from pub downstairs ( not noisy). Lovely little park adjacent. Single room adequate and clean.

Our stay at the Meetings was so relaxing The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderful and made you feel at home. We were so happy walking the grounds and visiting the neighboring towns, and enjoying the beautiful setting of the rivers my favorite part of our stay the beautiful setting of the rivers. My girlfriend's enjoyed singing Karaoke right outside the front door. We Never wanted to leave The bottom line is Great time great people great prices great food. Nice quiet location not far from wicklow
