"The staff were super helpful and friendly, everything was clean. the outdoor patio was very nice . Hot tub and pool were spacious. Would definitely stay here again."

"The bathroom was very small with toilet and shower. No body wash in the container. Then fan did not work. The water pressure was very low. Other adults guests had loud cinversations in the hallway late into the evening and early morning hours. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and the waffle maker (always a favorite of mine)."

"We have stayed at this property a few times in the past. I felt that it was clean and the staff was helpful, When needed. Unfortunately, this time I do not feel like the staff was helpful at all. The place wasn't as clean as usual. There was usually a very nice breakfas. It was definitely lacking this time. No one there too help us and no coffee. I sadly am going to have to find another place to stay when I visit my family in Williamsport."

"When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. We had to leave to go somewhere and later I received a call from a...

"Food and beverages left in refrigerator. Sink was not cleaned TV was not working in Bedroom Toilet was not flushing properly. Trash in garbage cans, had to throw out. Mold in bathroom"
