Detached house in a small hamlet in the heart of Sancy. Close to many hiking and mountain biking trails to discover the magnificent landscapes of Auvergne. On the ground floor: entrance through the utility room, kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 shower room and a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, an office. Large adjoining open land with views of the surrounding countryside. Oil heating not included 80 € / week. Possibility of 2 additional people: 50 € / week / person. In the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, numerous leisure activities: La Tour d'Auvergne lake, Tauves village, Bourboule spa, Mont-Dore ski resort. Shops and services in Tauves 8 km and Saint Sauves 7 km.
