Two (2) bedroom, one bathroom resort style Condo with new patio seating to enjoy MAGNIFICENT Ocean view. Amenities include private beach with BBQ grills near sands. The golf cart comfortably seats four adults (see picture!).

Relax in clean and comfortable condo with equipped kitchen to entertain your guests. Or just take your own GOLF CART into town of AVALON for restaurants, shopping or other fun outdoor activities like jet skiing, kayaking and horseback riding to name a few.

* Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Guests can contact owner with any special requests or concerns. Our goal is to provide you a hassle free and fun stay at Hamilton Cove, a resort like get away. Good place to bring a family with playgrounds for children and IDEAL for active professionals who want to play in the sun. By popular demand: Wi-Fi in the unit is now available for those who insist on working while they vacation!

Disclaimer: the condo comfortably sleeps four adults and up to 2 children comfortably. We are willing to accommodate up to six but past guests suggest it's 'quaint' for six adults.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Beautiful ocean views. Listing said there was an elevator. No elevator. This was a big deal. Stairs: 84 down and 75 up. Our disabled relative could not attend because of this. Nice to have golf cart but there were no instructions about how it worked, like push hard on the gas to make it move; where is the gas tank; and its safety, to me, was questionable: lots of play in the steering wheel; hard to brake. No cone filters for coffee maker; no soap for shower (but shampoo), handle missing on shower. For 2 nights, we didn’t complain to management. As we were leaving we found the “Welcome” book under the TV. This should be left on the kitchen table. Had to call to see where the garbage cans were - down 84 stairs! Veronica was nice enough to say she would take care of it.

The only good thing about this property is the view. The furniture is very sloppy missing an umbrella, the neighbors can see inside your condo from the sides. Grandma wasn’t feeling so good about 2 weeks out from my vacation. I emailed Tom saying we may need to cancel. He responded by saying “you’re not getting your money back Dante“ their cancellation agreement says that they’ll try to rent the property out for you so you can get a refund. I called Victoria three days prior to our check-in asking for an early check-in. Her first response was how much are you gonna pay me? She said she’ll call me back never did. Day before our arrival I called her asking for an early check-in. She said she’ll call me back and never gonna call back. The day of our arrival I called her asking if we can check in an hour early. Never got a call back. The place has a major mold problem. See the photos. I have attached. There’s a few areas where the ceiling is leaked and never repaired. The bathroom tub:shower has mold all over it. The baseboard has mold. They put a newspaper to level out the tables outside. This is a rundown condo 1 bedroom split into 2 rooms. All they care about is your money. They’re not willing to give you an hour or more to make it more convenient for you to clean up and to get to the ferry dock. These guys do not want you to enjoy your trip at all. They made us wait until three to check in. We found out from the neighbor that nobody’s been there for a few hours.
Very dirty did not work.
Bathroom fan barely works very dirty.
Shower pest everywhere, moldy all around.
Above the living room leak smelled like mold

Great birthday family trip!

The property was wonderful - clean, comfy beds, all kitchen utensils you could need, etc. The view is out of this world. We used the pool too which was clean and the kids loved it. Having the golf cart to explore Avalon was the topping on the cake. Great stay! Highly recommend!

The location and view are amazing! The check-in process was very easy. We had access to adequate kitchen, bath, and laundry amenities. We reduced our rating due to lack of cleanliness, minor repair needs in the bathroom, and condition of the golf cart. Also, it would have been helpful to know we needed to climb 83 stairs, as two family members have minor health issues. Overall, we had a great vacation!

This is such a bad review

I booked this place for my parents, expecting a pleasant stay, but it was a complete disaster. The service was awful from start to finish. The fire alarm kept going off nonstop, and despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. My parents could hardly get any rest. To make matters worse, the area in front of their door was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When we addressed these issues with the staff, they assured us they’d take care of it, but nothing was done. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I regret booking this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would even think that we should have some sort of compensation for the service we recieved. It was my moms birthday and her surprise with my father was completely ruined.

Birthday Getaway

Location and view is amazing! Absolutely loved the property and condo. Only downside is no closets or dresser to unpack, but we certainly made due. Having a golf cart to get around is a must and although golf cart needs some maintenance, it definitely got us around. Owner was helpful and very quick to respond throughout the whole process. I definitely would stay here again

Great View

The view was amazing as was the facility butI was disappointed in the unit. There were no closets or dressers (with drawers) in either bedroom. Having a Golf cart to get around was great but it was filthy and we had to clean it. We couldn’t see out the front window. For the money we paid that should have been done. There was also no soap in the shower, nothing.

Great spot!

Great place to stay! A little hot and I didn’t like that I paid $80 to check in early. I thought that was just kind of slimy since the room was ready. I also asked in advance if the room would possibly be ready early since we landed at 9:30am and a possible $80 charge wasn’t mentioned. A hotel wouldn't have done that.

Great spot and spectacular view!

We stayed here for two nights for a fun getaway with friends. The place was very nice and had a beautiful view! The golf cart was a nice addition and made it easy to get around. Tip for future travelers - drop your luggage at the top of the hill by building 2, less stairs to take your luggage to the condo.

Disappointed with Patio as barbeque grill had no propane. Bird droppings all over furniture. Hot water valve in shower does not turn off. dirty windows. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Lovely Location, View & Amenities

We loved the little beach for swimming and catching crabs. The pool was fabulous to have when not wanting to deal with the rocks on the beach. Volleyball net was a plus! Kitchen was great and the beds were comfy. The golf cart was wonderful to have, although it felt a little sketchy. We had an excellent stay & would do it again! Notes: No cell service for AT&T. Couch end was broken; however, we did not do a lot of sitting while we were there.
