"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok...

We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city. Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy. In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked...

"The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind. Maria gave us a very warm welcome to the hotel. There aren't any extra amenities. No refrigerator or microwave and the rooms didn't have air conditioning, but overall it was a great experience. Room service was excellent and they even folded my clothes. I enjoyed my stay here for sure with just minor tolerable sacrifices."
