Superb view of Autun and the Morvan mountains, come and discover this magnificent place, a completely renovated and equipped house.<br>The accommodation<br>Beautiful house of just over 100 m² with 3 spacious bedrooms and a large living room. One in the extension of the historic part facing the view, the other two on the upper level with the same view. There is a bathroom, with cast iron bathtub on the first floor and a shower room on the upper level. Two separate toilets with washbasin on each level. There are RJ45s in each room which allows you to telework easily. Wifi is also available throughout the house.<br>Quiet accommodation on the edge of the forest and yet very close to the most beautiful tourist sites of the city.<br>There are 3 bedrooms.<br>- One on the first floor with a double bed in 160 (2 dressing rooms)<br>- A large bedroom on the first floor + 1 with a double bed 140 (1 dressing room/desk/dressing table) and a futon with 2 mattresses to sleep 2 people. (it is used as a sofa when it is not unrolled)<br>- A large bedroom on the first floor + 1 with a double/Twin bed in 160. (1 dressing room/one<br>office/library )<br>The latter, on request, will be divided into 2 single beds or a bed for 1<br>couple.<br>A laundry area, with washer, dryer and worktop allows you to manage your laundry during your stay.<br>The outdoor area offers an incredible panorama with two areas, one for idleness with deck chairs, with a plancha/electric barbecue area and another area for lunch and aperitif facing the view with bench and dining table.<br><br>In case of a long stay, our concierge service comes to do the cleaning every week. This is included in the price.<br><br>A cellar is at your disposal, to store bicycles or other sports equipment. The downhill slopes are nearby.<br><br>We can accommodate riders accompanied by their horses. A meadow can be made available to you, to do so contact us.<br>Traveler access<br>You will have access to the entire house and its outdoor courtyard with a superb view of the city.<br>But also to one of the cellars to store your bikes.<br><br>We also have the possibility to reserve a meadow for you to put your horses in.<br>Other remarks<br>We installed a wood stove to have an alternative heating to electric heating and thus be able to benefit from the comfort of the flame.<br>You will have at your disposal something to light and heat yourself during your stay in the cellar.<br>For long stays, a contribution will be requested if you want more.
