Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. Reported to staff and they put an electric radiator in the room which took the chill off. They said they’d have to get an electrician out re the lighting problems. "Setting was beautiful. Room very comfortable but too hot. Heated towel rail in room 10 was far too hot and couldn’t be turned off. Otherwise stay was very good."

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."
