Guest access

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire home. Long-term stays are allowed.



✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles in the large driveway. Extra street parking spaces are available nearby.



✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in every bedroom.

Other Things to Note:

✹ For Sultana 105 (House 1), the pool is heated, whereas for Sultana 101 (House 2), the pool is currently not heated.



✹ Sultana 105 (House 1), the pool and hot tub take time to heat up fully, please let us know when you intend to use them, so we can heat the pool or hot tub as they require some time to heat up fully.



✹ There is a fee of $200 per day for pool heating, and advance notice is required as they require some time to heat up fully.



✹ Please note that during colder months, usually from December to February, our pool heater may struggle to keep a comfortable temperature. Also, please understand that we can't heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time.



✹ No lifeguard is on duty: swim at your own risk.



✹ PETS: Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet along. A fee of $50 per pet per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages caused by the pet.



✹A $100 fee will be charged for guests who have excessive trash.



Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
