Modern Retro House w/ Hot Tub & Pet Friendly

At the Modern Retro house your comfort is the priority. Home features concrete flooring throughput the downstairs and wood flooring upstairs. All bedroom and living spaces have rugs for your comfort.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, bake and entertain. Full size refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. A second ice maker makes Spherical ice, making it easy to create and serve your favorite drinks to bring in the spa hot tub. Home has enough dishes, allowing everyone to eat together around the dining table that seats 8. Kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, gas oven/range and dishwasher. Kitchen appliances include toaster oven, crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle as well as a rice cooker.

Bedrooms feature comfortable, CertiPUR-US certified mattresses. King and queen beds offer 10” mattresses while bunk beds offer 8” mattresses. Beds are made European style, with comforters in duvet covers, creating a comfortable and clean sleeping environment. All beds have fluffy blankets as well, should you be cold at night.

Living room offers seating for everyone as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort. Room features a 60” smart ROKU TV so you can sign in to all your favorite streaming services. Cabinet under tv holds many board games and puzzles, for adults as well as children.

Large backyard offers amenities that will make your stay fun and enjoyable for all ages. Enjoy your favorite beverage and unwind with a spa massage in the brand new, luxury hot tub. Share a meal together at the outdoor dining table and end the evening with s’mores around the cozy fire pit.

Home is equipped with white, fluffy bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths as well pool towels for the hot tub.

Home comfortably sleeps 8 people, but can sleep up to 10 people if your guests can double up in the full sized lower bunks. Sofa in living room can also sleep one person, bedding provided on site.

House features a large driveway that can hold 4 regularly sized vehicles. Washer and dryer can be found in the garage, detergent, dryer sheets etc are provided on shelf above machines.

This home offers everything you need in a home away from home!!!!

Great place for Austin home base

Clean, nice layout, hot tub is enjoyable, plenty of towels, pacman and fooseball table, & good communication with owner.Traveling to southern parts of Austin took close to an hour during rush hour traffic with all the traffic and construction on I-35. Worth it to us based on the rental price.

Just what we needed!

We stayed at Majbrit and Stew’s for a soccer tournament. It was a wonderful home with plenty of space. We enjoyed being able to eat a home cooked meal over eating out. The backyard was spacious for the dogs. Majbrit and Stew are so easy to work with and very accommodating. They made our trip extra special by having a tree for us to celebrate Christmas early. Definitely recommend them and tbeir home!

Wonderful!’

Just couldn’t have loved it more! My husband and I took our 8yo and 6o and it was the PERFECT vacation bc of this lovely house. Even better than it looks online. Can’t recommend this house highly enough!

Perfect Location for Baseball Tournament Stay

Hosts were great to communicate with. House was perfect for my family while staying in town for a Baseball Tournament. Pleasantly surprised to see a great deck built around the hot tub and a fun game room with extra bed and couch (not showing in pictures on listing). It kept the kids busy so the adults could enjoy the cozy vibe that the house provides. We will definitely book again!

Plenty of space for family

There were only 4 of us staying in this home so we had a lot of space to spread out. Everything we needed for supplies was there to cook and clean. The hot tub was perfect, love having a grill, and my kids liked the pac man machine. I enjoyed having a fire log each night to cozy up with. We were in Round Rock for a soccer tournament and the location was perfect for that! Love going home with clean laundry!

Convenient!

This property was convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Nicely-stocked kitchen made it easy to fix meals. The pac-man game was a nice addition not shown in the photo! Definitely recommend this property!

Dance comp/ family vacation

We enjoyed this house so much! It has everything you could need, from extra pillows, to kitchen utensils. It’s cozy to hang in the living room, and cook in the kitchen, or hang in the hot tub. We traveled back and forth from Kalahari to Austin, and the drive was easy. Very great house & stay

Beautifully redone

The modern retro house was wonderfully redone and had to be the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Only thing worth mentioning (and definitely not a drawback, just an fyi) is the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. I may have missed it in the description though for us it was no problem. If one was unable to do the stairs, there was another bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. House was just as pictured and the hot tub was a fun perk. Would not hesitate to stay at again.
