    With five well-appointed bedrooms and a spacious living area, this home offers plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The living room features comfortable seating, carefully curated artwork, a Smart TV with soundbar, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large central island, perfect for preparing meals and gathering as a group. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six and make the most of your time with family and friends.

    Five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms provide comfort and flexibility for larger groups. The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and private deck access. Bedroom 3 includes two sets of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 4 offers two queen beds and a Smart TV, while Bedroom 5 includes a king bed and a Smart TV.

    Spend time outdoors enjoying the fresh air and surrounding views, with space to dine, relax, and unwind, including seating for eight. Whether you're starting your morning outside or winding down in the evening, the outdoor areas offer a great setting to connect and recharge.

    You're also just minutes from Captain Pete’s Boathouse and Waterford Marina, making it easy to enjoy time on the water. With a gas grill and private hot tub, everything is set up for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    Guest Age:
    The primary renter in any group must be 25 years or older.

    Respectful Guests:
    We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

    Quiet Time:
    Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

    Smoking:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the balcony, or anywhere on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

    Guest Courtesy:
    Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect.

    Check-in & Check-out:
    Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

    While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weigh no more than 65 lbs.

    Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

    Please note that our property is located in a country setting, where it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. We appreciate your understanding!

    Note: Bath towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Please bring your own if needed.

    Holiday Check-In Policy
    Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

    You’re welcome to book stays that include these dates — we just ask that arrival and departure days are scheduled outside of them. Thanks for understanding!

    Community Amenity Access Card
    - Your stay includes access to several community amenities, including the pool, marina, golf course, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, disc golf, park, clubroom, library, and restaurant. An amenity access card is provided for guest use during the stay.
    - The access card is located inside the house and must be returned to its original location prior to check-out. Please treat the card as you would a room key, as replacement costs and community access fees are associated with it.
    - A $100 replacement fee will apply for any missing or unreturned access cards.
