Master Down, gran cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, barra de desayuno, isla central abierta a la gran sala, cuatro habitaciones arriba, enorme sala de juegos, patio trasero relajante con sala de natación y solárium con temperatura controlada. This listing is inaccurate, it's 5 bedrooms not 6 - 16 people will not fit in that house. There is no pool, and no balcony. The dishwasher only works when a random light switch is on (had to message owner to ask, no instructions provided). The back yard had trash and dog feces, no patio furniture out there. Floors were pretty gross, dirt, dust, hair. I don't know how this is allowed to be listed as 6 bedrooms, we had to get a hotel for a guest since the listing is incorrect.

The house was nice. I didn’t like the fact it’s listed as a 6 bedroom and only have 5! Im glad we were able to make space for everyone lastly we had nowhere to park because the house across the street had in and out traffic all day and night & they parked all in our space. Other than that it was good

Great Place to Gather

We were in town for a family gathering and it was great to have a lot of space to gather and eat together.The place was clean and had everything we needed.It was difficult to get specific answers from the host (example; what type of coffee maker). The listing says there are 6 bedrooms but there are just 5. One of the bedrooms has 2 beds.Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Very big and clean but obvious rental neighborhood

The house is large and very clean. If you just need the room, this is a great rental. The online pictures are very accurate and the owner was very nice and communication was well. I was somewhat disappointed in the neighborhood. Lots of cars up and down the street and it made it very hard to get out of our rental early in the morning. It seemed like the whole neighborhood was vacation rentals.

Great place

Great, quiet neighborhood in good location. The house was large with nice size living room to sit and visit. House was clean. Vince the host was great with communication and responded very quickly when we had little hiccup getting into the house one evening.

The property is nice and was clean, also in a nice neighborhood. I booked this property for my family for my aunt’s funeral. The house is listed for 6 bdrms, there are only 5. 3 king beds, they’re only two. One is a queen bed with a king size headboard. Because of this my uncle booked a hotel room because he didn’t have his own room as we thought based on the details. Trash cans should be in every room and there are not enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 adults let alone, 16 people per one of the guest. Also, the porch is very slippery when wet. My husband fell, I notified the host and he had nothing to say and I checked out 2 days ago. Additionally, if you book for more than 7, expect to pay extra although the house sleeps 16. This is the extra person fee listed in the property details. It was 10 of us and it cost an additional $360. The host was very slow to reply, accept when I questioned the additional fee and advised the property details did not match what the property actually provided. He offered to discount my next stay, but I’m big on getting what I paid for and good customer service especially from a premier host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. When we realized we didn’t have knives in the kitchen, the host quickly brought over a set for us and made sure we were settled in and happy with the property. The communication was great and the house listing was accurate with what we experienced. I would recommend this home and host.

Disappointed client!!

There were alot of issues. House floors were dirty, could not walk barefoot in house, feet would get black! No amenities in house! Spices, foil paper, cleaning disinfectant (Formula 409), no dish cloths or dish towels. Toaster not working, had to buy our own. Had plate of food in cabinet rotting! One chair outside for sitting. No patio furniture to enjoy the outside. There were nine of us!! Really disappointed as we have rented other properties without this big of a problem. Will go with other company next time.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

The property listing is extremely deceptive and the host is impossible to deal with. The house has five bedrooms, not six. The 6th "bedroom" is a sleep-sofa in the common area on the 2nd floor. The listing says you can book up to 10 unrelated people or 16 family members but they don't mention until you are committed that you must pay extra for every guest over 5. Plus 4 of the 5 bedrooms share a very small bathroom on the upper level. Host took over 2 weeks to modify my charges when I found only 5 were going to be present for the entire 8 day stay, couldn't figure out how to modify charge for 6th person who would only be there for a couple of days (I spent many hours of my own time on the phone with VRBO solving his problem for him), and also insisting on charging extra guest fees for two people who would only be day visitors on a couple of afternoons. We would have had others visit during the day but had to meet them at restaurants instead to avoid ridiculous charges. Listing says they are pet friendly up to 2 animals, PDF (that you only see after committing to the rental) says no pets, and final agreement with host was to pay $25 per day per animal, for which he promptly tried to overcharge me. Listing says they take children, PDF says they don't. Spa, which was a major attraction for taking the rental, only has seating for 8 people, I believe listing advertises 16 and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. When we arrived there was so much chlorine in the water that the fumes burned our eyes and throats so we didn't get in and the test strip was off the charts. Plus it had a black bathtub ring at the water line. We cleaned it up, spent $100 of our own money rebalancing it, but then discovered the phospate reading was 4000 when it should have been under100. How does phospate get into a spa/hot tub? Why by people peeing in it. No thanks. What else? The toaster was broken, the threshold between the breakfast area and the sun porch is loose and a tripping hazard, One of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom drips and the mixing valve in the shower is faulty, one of the living room chairs has a broken arm, the dust pan has a hole melted in it making it way less effective for cleanup, and the yard is sadly neglected. The interior of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the space was adequate to meet our needs, but I wouldn't stay here again for all the tea in China and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

Bring Supplies

Overall stay was nice. Great location close to the round rock multi-sports complex. Very spacious, large kitchen and nice outdoor area as well. Some things were missing that I would expect from a 5 star stay such as dish detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo and conditioner. Also be aware of how many people it can house--the king beds were counted as three people capable so it would have been nice to also have air beds available. Also no move out instructions so we weren't sure what was expected.
