This property is perched on a hilltop and has great views. the inside was clean and the set up was great for our family. It was very peaceful and still a short drive to everything Dripping Springs has to offer. The only nit about our stay is that it wasn't as well equipped as we would have expect. We ran out of toilet paper and didn't have certain utensils. We do however recommend this property for those visiting the Dripping Springs area.

Akash is very accessible. We needed an updated combo for the front door when we arrived. He returned our call within 10-15 minutes with the correct numbers. The toilets were back up from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on the second-to-last day. He sent a septic person but did not arrive until after 9pm, it was a Sunday. Very nice location, house interior with a great plan, some very minor upkeep issues, out wonderful with deer , fox, other bird wildlife. I would recomend a little more upkeep of the outside property.

We had an excellent stay! The property location was secluded enough to where you could take in the hill country scenery, but also within close proximity to HEB and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated inside and out, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary for cooking up a few meals. We throughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book here again. The host, Akash, was very easy to communicate with as well.

The property was very well kept, relaxing and great layout with open concept. Fabulous kitchen. The only complaint would be it got really hot at night when everyone went to bed because the temperature was to set to go up automatically. This would have been unbearable later in the summer. Overall, we loved the place.

Dripping Springs Vrbo

This home was beautiful and very close to the center of town. My siblings and I stayed here for a wedding and loved it! The host, Akash was great and very attentive. If I ever return to Dripping Springs, I'll be staying here again!

Beautiful property in ideal location

My family of four really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries and wineries. Bell Springs Winery is just a couple miles away as well as Dripping Springs Distillery. Overall, I would absolutely rent this home again for both the convenience and beauty of Dripping Springs. Akash was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with as well. Thank you for a great family weekend!

Hill Country Oasis

This property is spectacular! Close to all the wedding venues, wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc...but in a peaceful and secluded space with amazing views. The house is clean and comfortable with several seating areas both inside and out. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and families of deer, right off the back porch, in the mornings. Highly recommended.

The wrap-around porch is lovely!!! Less than 5 5-minute drive to Dripping Spring Distillery which is family-friendly and delicious food!!!
