*Pets: Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee:
 – $250 per pet for stays of 30 days or longer
 – $100 per pet for shorter stays
Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard (poop bags are provided). Note: breed restrictions apply. The following breeds, including mixed breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, wolf breeds, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Mastiff.

*Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Please respect these times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.

*Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and fellow guests.

*No Smoking / Open Flames: Smoking, candles, and any open flames are strictly prohibited inside the property

*Pool: The pool is small and not heated. No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk.

*Parking: Garage access is only available for guests staying 30 days or more. The driveway fits up to 4 cars, with additional street parking available.

*Grill Use: If you’d like to use the outdoor grill, please let us know in advance so we can provide the lock code and instructions.
 – Propane: A tank is provided, but we cannot guarantee it will be full. If it runs out, you may exchange it at a nearby store (you cover the exchange cost). We’ll guide you to the closest location.
 – Cleaning: Please brush the grates and wipe down heavy grease after use. If left heavily soiled, a cleaning fee may apply.

*Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please wash dishes and tidy up after use. Supplies are provided.

*Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 16 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages. Please report any issues right away so we can address them quickly.

*Respect: Please treat the property as if it were your own.

*Camera: A security system is installed and features a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera on the back patio to monitor the pool. These cameras are in place to enhance the safety and security of both guests and property. Their primary purpose is to safeguard everyone and monitor occupancy for liability reasons. We kindly request that you do not interfere with the cameras to maintain their functionality.
