We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or checkout late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one-hour window within our standard times. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.

We chose this property to be our home base for our first trip as a family —my husband, myself, and our 9 month old on our requirements of location, cleanliness, laundry, and included baby amenities. The property management company was very friendly and communicative from booking through check out, even granting us access a few hours early to check in since we had an early flight and wanted to get situated with our baby.Every detail was as advertised, including the comfy bed. Our start was comfortable and even baby slept well. The property is well made and every thing felt new and solid.Very few nitpicks: - Saturday evening guests may want earplugs since there’s a local bar that has loud music until the wee hours of the night.- Hand towel rings could be reinforced, both are falling off their anchors. - Obviously a personal preference, but for us, the pillows were too tall.- En-suite door could use a bit of WD-40.- Front door buttons and sound and touch feedback are very subtle so difficult to know when it was successfully locked up.- Due to the ventilation, the small bedroom’s AC vent is the same size as the main bedroom and it’s a lot cooler in the small bedroom than the main, not the best for temperature regulation but wasn’t too big of an issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property when we return and next time we travel to any destinations we would check if this company has any lodging in those spots. Thank you again for a great stay!
