Make fall and winter weekends feel special with lake views, a private hot tub and an entire game room for family time. Play pool, ping pong or air hockey, settle in for a movie on the Smart TV, then unwind beneath the Texas stars. The three-story layout gives multi-generational families room to spread out while still enjoying meals and evenings together.

Start the morning with coffee on the lake-view deck, prepare dinner in the open kitchen or on the outdoor grill, and gather around the dining table without a busy schedule. The home is also a comfortable base for holiday visits, winery weekends, golf trips and quiet escapes just west of Austin in the heart of the Lake Travis area.

When the weather is warm, take the shared trolley to the shared dock for swimming and fishing. The trolley and dock are shared only with the neighboring A-side home. A boat slip is not included.

The home accommodates up to 10 adults plus 2 children under age 12. The children's sleeping area is a sleeper sofa on the upstairs landing and is intended only for children.  This home has four bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone in your group can get ready without waiting.

This is a family-focused home. Events are not allowed, and quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM.
