The space
The open concept floorpan with two bedroom suites makes it comfortable for a family to stay for a while.

The Master has a king bed. We can configure the second bedroom to fit our Guests' needs - two twins will be the standard but we can work with you to fit your family's needs. The photos in the listing were 'staging' photos and are not necessarily the exact beds/furniture that will be in the home, but similar in style and taste. Spacious laundry room, large closets add to the comfort and a small but enclosed patio just adds to the charm. This home is 1200 SF.

The home is side A and shares a wall with the B unit. There is a large carport connected to the back patio/door that can comfortably fit two vehicles. There is no on-street parking allowed in the community.

There is no private 'yard' with this home, but there is plenty of outdoor community green space, including a walking trail. Very sweet neighbors are outside a lot and friendly. This community has 26 homes and is very unique to the Dripping Springs area.
