Welcome to the exclusive Artists retreat in the beautiful, tree-lined and family-centric neighborhood of Buttercup Creek. This space is a sensory delight with curated eclectic art from all around the world, a spacious family room, inviting bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, high-end furnishings, a spa, a fully equipped gym and a lush backyard; this retreat transcends the ordinary rental.

The Space:
Buttercups Artist Retreat is located north of Austin in the quiet, safe, and established neighborhood of Cedar Park. You'll be getting both a great and convenient location and a relaxing abode to retreat to. Centrally located 15-20 minutes to major Austin employers, 15 minutes to Lake Travis, 20 minutes to the Domain, where you can shop for anything and everything, and eat at some phenomenal restaurants. You’re steps from all the fun of Austin while enjoying the private pet-friendly space with a large fenced backyard, across from a park and playground. This family-friendly 4 bedroom/2 bath is ready to be a part of your Austin story!

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, bay windows and 58 inch 4K TV w/ a large private bath and soaking tub
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed w/ a dedicated working desk area and vibrant tapestries
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed w/ a unique industrial design and large windows
Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed w/ a full-sized top and bottom and 2 arcade machines

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a the door code to access the property on the day of check in.
The house and all the amenities are fully yours to enjoy anytime you please aside from the closet attached to the primary bedroom which is dedicated to the cleaning staff.

Getting Around:
When it's time to venture out, you'll find yourself just minutes away from everything the Cedar Park and Leander areas have to offer. From grocery stores and shopping to live events and entertainment, there's always something exciting to discover. And with the Domain just 20 minutes away and Austin's famed music and film festivals within easy reach, you'll have endless options for adventure.

Interaction with Guests:
We live 10 minutes away and are just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

Great location and great house

the hosts were super responsive, very nice and helpful. the hot tub outside was amazing. kitchen was fully equipped. lot of thought was put into the small details to make guests feel at home. very much recommended

Great Place

Easy check in process. Quick communication with the owner. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Everything we needed was onsite. Easy access to what we needed in the area. Pretty and quiet neighborhood.

Awesome Property!

Absolutely gorgeous house, with all necessities ready and available for the whole group! Just have a little problem getting into the house at first, but problem was solved right away with no issues! Huge backyard for all our doggos to stay, and amazing hot tub! Me and my friends had absolute blast!
