About the Neighborhood and ALL the Amenities:

Point Venture is a beautiful lake-front resort community located on the Northshore of Lake Travis. The neighborhood hosts an endless array of amenities like a private lakeside park including boat ramps, playground, picnic tables, trails and disc golf. Speaking of Golf, bring your clubs because the neighborhood has it's very own 9 hole golf course and driving range. Relax at the Caddy Shack afterwards with a cold beverage and a game of pool.

If that's not the kind of "pool" you are into, you and your family can cool off at the junior olympic size pool with lounge chairs. There at the clubhouse, you can hit the gym or just take a short walk down from the clubhouse to the neighborhood marina.

At the marina, you can dine literally on the lake and groove to some live music or fuel up your tanks for some more Lake Travis fun with Liquid Thrills (a boat and jet ski rental company) located right here in the neighborhood marina, simply reserve a boat and or jet skis with them prior to secure your vessel.

We are sure that your family and friends are sure to enjoy all that Point Venture has to offer and want to come back and do it all again!

Great place to stay

We arrived midweek for our annual last summer getaway. The property is very nice and clean. It’s very close to the marina/docks in Point Venture. Plenty of space with all appliances and AC in excellent working order (a must in Texas in August). We’ve stayed here before and had plenty of options, we chose to come back here.

Amazing property

The property was very clean, nicely modeled and the neighborhood was very quiet. The backyard view is amazing! The home had everything we needed. The owner was amazing and responds immediately. I’ll definitely recommend and return!!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic time here. The place was spotless, very clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The view is amazing! Communication with Justin was stellar, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Instructions were very clear and the check out checklist is an excellent idea. We will definitely come back.

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood

The house has an amazing lake view with deer roaming everywhere! We fed them some apples one morning and they were so friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. Towels were clean and plentiful. Beds were clean and comfy. There were even extra blankets in the closets. It's such a quiet area, but only 15 minutes from town, and easy access to the highway to get to Austin. I would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Ridge and would definitely recommend it to others.

The Ridge at Lake Travis was just perfect for our weekend. The views are beautiful and the home is very nice and clean. Justin was very informative and was so nice to answer all of my questions. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Amazing from the beginning

I can’t say enough about the way my family and I were accommodated. From the moment I booked Mark was very helpful. He ensures the safety of all parties involved. The property is very tidy and well kept with an absolutely amazing view. I recommend anyone looking for a retreat to stay here.

One of the Best

I'm leaving a lengthy review since this is new and doesn't have reviews. As with most, we were a little timid about booking without reviews, however, we talked with the owner prior to booking and he made us feel very comfortable. We stayed here with our 8yo and 2yo twins. We had another couple with their 12yo and 2yo twins join us a night. Mark was an OUTSTANDING host with great communication. He went out of his way to add a baby gate upstairs and provide some extra board games for the boys in addition to the foosball table and outdoor games. The view was incredible, and we most enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake. The amenities were new and soft, and we especially enjoyed the super soft blankets and towels. The pictures don't do this place justice! The weather was a little windy and cold so we didn't get to enjoy the firepit, however, we did enjoy watching a herd of deer munch on grass under the upstairs deck. We were super close to the Gnarly Gar restaurant so we went there to enjoy feeding the huge catfish since there isn't any direct lake access. This was the perfect place for a family and we will definitely be back. I can't say enough positive things so I'll just say you won't regret staying here!
