Villa Driftwood #14 - Forest Treehouse with Hot Tub Access

Experience this hidden gem of greater Austin - a collection of fully furnished bungalows and a pool/hot for the private use of guests of the resort. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and, utilizing the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, can sleep up to six guests. Enjoy the sights and sound of nature from the comfort of the wrap-around deck of your unit or unwind in the resort pool/hot tub in the exquisite cave desk while enjoying the panoramic views of the lake.

The units are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, wood-burning fireplaces, and fully-equipped kitchens, complete with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. All linens are included, and guests need only bring their beach towels. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available under the shade of the magnificent live oaks.

Adjacent to the charming Lakeway Marina, this property is an amazing location for any traveler. The Lakeway area is known for its natural beauty and scenic surroundings, including views of Lake Travis and the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country. It is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a range of activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and golfing. The city is home to multiple golf courses, including The Hills of Lakeway, Live Oak Golf Course, and Yaupon Golf Course. In addition, there are several parks in the area, such as Lakeway City Park, which features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops in the Lakeway area, with options ranging from casual dining to fine cuisine. Some popular dining options include Café Lago, The League Kitchen & Tavern, The Oasis, and Flores. Additionally, the nearby Hill Country Galleria offers a diverse selection of retail shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

Visit the onsite office for any assistance you may require during your stay. Our Texas friendly staff can help with driving directions, print boarding passes or borrow a book from the lending library.

Each unit has one designated parking spot. We offer limited guest parking on a first come first serve basis. We do encourage our guests to carpool when possible.

The ladies that checked us in and out were Amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. We left something very important and they reached out to us before we even noticed it was missing. They worked with us and kept us updated every step of the way. The unit was also very nice.

HORRIBLE stay.

The AC in the house never got below 80 degrees. The very first day the toilet overflowed after one use and water went all over the floor. The pull out couch's mattress and sheets were dirty and found a bug in them. The fridge never got cold. It is pretty embarrassing for me hosting people from out of town and spending all this money I barley have on a place that was not even half of what I thought I was paying for. Would never recommend that unit to anyone. And all the trouble I went through booking with VRBO, I will never use either companies again and will be informing others.

Overall it was a great place to stay at

Great area to stay at, check in was pretty fast and convenient. The water from the lake is so clear and beautiful. The only thing that was upsetting was the cockroach I found in one of the rooms and some of the dishes were not completely clean and were put away as if they were. Besides that the location is beautiful and has a great view.

Good location and nice cabin

While I enjoyed the place and the surroundings were beatiful have to say that the check in was anything but simple. I picked up the keys but when I arrived to our villa they didn’t work, further than that called the emergency line that took all in all 4 hrs to be contacted back... Found an spare set of keys at the office (whay I was never told about)... The emergency line was not particularly attentious neither they seem to care about solving my problem. Other than that the place was as described.

Very clean and well kept. Our only challenge was finding the office to pick up the keys as two different gps systems took us elsewhere. Recommend inputting Oberg Properties in your GPS instead of the address provided.
