"The location was absolutely beautiful! We had plumbing issues which Steve was helpful with. We were quite disappointed to see the dock was broken. You can’t control weather though. All in all it was a nice stay. Steve was very accommodating."

"Very clean cottage with a prefect view of Seneca Lake. The cottage is about 4 miles from Hobart and William Smith College. The only negative is the showers don’t have grab bars and the steps are tricky for those with mobility issues. There was one other oddity with the mirror over the bathroom sink. Many will need a step stool to be able to use it since it is very high up on the wall. Otherwise, perfect!"

"The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches "

"Super cute property. Perfect for winetasting weekend with friends. House was extremely nice and communication was excellent. Only negative was the hot water tripping off if someone was using anything else electrical in the home at the same time you were trying to take a shower. It was easily reset with the touch of a button."
