Your 35 m² apartment is bright and modern. Whether you’re in town on business or exploring Augsburg on your own, you’ll find everything you need here.

The kitchenette is brand-new, fully equipped, and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.

A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep.

Our 40-inch SMART TV lets you easily access your apps, and you alone decide what to watch in the evening. You can comfortably watch your favorite series on Netflix, which is, of course, free for you.

The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meals and let your gaze wander into the distance.

Your clean bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. We’ve placed fresh towels in a basket for you. A hair dryer is also available for your use.

From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city center and main train station are within walking distance.

The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.
