"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool."

"It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit."

"Motel 6 bathrooms looked better than this hotel. Outdated hotel, rust calcium tiles falling off in bathroom. They go in your room and turn up temperature on thermostat don’t leave clean towels don’t make beds (stayed multiple nights) would not recommend"

"Don't let the lobby fool you! This motel was horrible! Holes in all the walls, busted windows, lights and plug ins didn't work. The deadbolt for the adjourning room was gone and had a towel shoved in it. Pee and toilet paper in the toilet. Bath tub was black. People hanging out in the parking lot watching our room. We stayed 5 minutes and went and asked for a refund, but was told we still had to pay for 1 night."

"When I registered online, it said free parking free breakfast but before I left, they charge me for parking so you have to get your advertisement right if we all say free parking, it should be free parking even though we are making plans online please correct it or put proper wording on reservation online thank you"

"I was in Lubbock with 2 family members in the hospital at the same time. Virginia and her staff accommodated us and make sure that we had the time that we needed even though there was really nothing available due to a concert in town. The cleanliness of this place is top-notch and the staff are always ready and available to help. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely be back."
