A luxury property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and spectacular views from all areas of the property.

Located within walking distance of Kennedy Point Vineyard and Picnic Bay for all-tide swimming.

The Space:
This beautiful home is located on two levels with the upper level containing the living room, master bedroom with ensuite and one bedroom with a separate bathroom with the lower level comprising a large kitchen diner and another bedroom and bathroom. The large deck provides plenty of room to relax and take in the views.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - double bed

Please note: Minimum stays - 5 nights mid December to early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights all other times. A compulsory exit cleaning fee $350 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Moana Retreat is not suitable for children under age 12.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chefs, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
