Beachfront location with seaviews, perched on park like grounds

This little gem has the best of everything - location, views, the perfect layout for relaxing and entertaining, and beautiful decor for a modern laid back beach feel. It is immediately appealing both to families and couples.

It is perched 100 metres away from the white sands of Stanmore Bay beach with sea views that immediately relax the senses. Looking out from each room, and the deck, you feel like you are floating on a bed of green pohutakawas looking out to the blue of the ocean.

The beach is safe for swimming, is tree lined for shade and sits right on a large park with picnic tables and a river running through it.

The kids won't know what to do with themselves given the choice of activities. Large modern playground, flying fox, climbing web, skate park, outdoor basketball court, it goes on.

And for the boatees there is the easy-to-launch Stanmore Bay boat ramp 1 minute away from the house. The property also has offstreet parking for the car and the boat.

The accommodation itself has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. It is fully airconditioned, super clean and modern yet has the relaxing style of a beach house with big windows and sliders that let's the salt air flow through the house.

The Master bedroom and other family bedroom are both doubles with gorgeous views out to the ocean. The two adjacent lounges make it easy to pursue different activities whilst inside, great for having the kids occupied whilst the adults can relax.

There are two showers, one inside and one outside and it is truly set up for long or short term stays with laundry facilities and plenty of storage.

A short drive away is the Whangaparaoa Plaza boasting a supermarket, library and four theatre movie complex.

Also located just 400 metres away is a Recreational Sports Center consisting of a heated indoor pool, outdoor children's splashpad, fitness gym & indoor basketball courts.

There is a selection of restaurants & dining establishments just a 2 minute drive away.

And if you want to shop, the Silverdale retail and outlet shopping Centre is less than 10 minutes away.

Honestly, once you are here at the Stanmore Beach house you will not want to leave.

Perfect stay, cozy well equipped home

This place is perfect. Well equipped with everything you need for a restful break. Cozy yet modern and very clean. We slept so well as so quiet and peaceful. 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and the views from the deck are spectacular. As you can tell we loved the place and will be coming back. Thanks Geoff

So close to the beach!

I cannot recommend this house enough. Geoff is an amazing host and this is one of those houses that really just has everything. Very modern house with amazing views and awesome kitchen. Perfect spot for a holiday... we were only up in Auckland for a funeral but extended our stay because we loved the place so much. If you are wanting a house that is very close to the beach (and a playground), is clean and tidy, has heaps of stuff for the kids, has wi-fi, and is in a quiet area... come to The Beach House!

Fine House with good location, close to the Beach, shops and you can drive to Auckland in an hour and enjoy museum on a rainy day. Lots of natural parks near by. beautiful Beach. The owner is very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. The House has what you need. We all enjoyed it. Thanks.

Bach had everything you needed and more. Very tidy, with good layout for families (we stayed with 4 kids). Really close to the beach which would be great in summer. Excellent communication from managers throughout which made things easy 😀

Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful accommodation with everything you need plus lots extra. Lovely muffins on arrival. Thank you. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. A superb beachside location

A fantastic accommodation option overlooking the beach and just a short walk away to the sea. The house was spotless, spacious and had all we needed and more. Excellent communication with owners, who have have thought of everything! Highly recommended!

Holiday weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Stanmore Bay. Was lovely to be welcomed with a basket of muffins, thank you. The property was as described and was comfortable enough for everyone. Having 2 living areas plus the deck was great for catering for the mixed ages. Proximity to the beach and playground was a real bonus. Interaction with the owner was very pleasant and all communication was prompt and helpful. Thank you.

A batch kiwiana style

This cottage was exactly what I expected.It was not "oversold"and provided perfectly for my needs.I felt the extras provided made it feel very generous ,even down to the rubber gloves.It was like a summer holiday from the seventies/eighties.Perfect.
