Very clean condo. A few more towels and washcloths would be nice , beds very comfortable. Difficult to figure out how to get tv/remote to work. Manual provided for tv would be helpful. Thanksgiving weather was too cold to use pool or access lake- but view beautiful .

The lake view was very nice. The people in the other condos were very friendly. We enjoyed our meals at the Landing and the Prime Steak House (golf course) which were close to our condo. This was a great golfing trip for a few old guys. Hope we can do it next year!

Great location and Condo was in a great location with a great view of the lake. Checkin was easy and the only issue we had was towels were in the washer and not dried and put in bathrooms. Not a big deal. Great place and we would have no issue stay here again.

Game Day Stay

Love the Lake Martin and Still Waters location! We came up for our son’s fraternity parents weekend and the Ole Miss game. It’s nice to be able to experience the fun in town and come back to this peaceful location. Condo was spacious, well stocked and the two balconies are wonderful for enjoying morning coffee! Great neighborhood for a walk or run too!

Sunset Point is well situated on Lake Martin and our condo had a marvelous view that we enjoyed with coffee at the beginning of the day and wine at the conclusion. Highly recommend the location and the property.

First weekend of August stay

We were pleased with almost everything. There were carpet stains that took away from the cleanliness and the blinds need some TLC. Also, we were not made aware that we would have to pay for use of the boat launch and storage. It would have been nice to have had those details and to know that the boat ramp closed by 5:00 p.m. Overall, we had a great weekend and LOVED the location!

Great location, nice condo but lacking Housekeeping

The bathrooms were not "clean" even my husband would not shower in the Master until we cleaned it, and I wish I would have taken a picture so you could see the water discoloration from just scrubbing with a scotch pad we found under the kitchen sink. The 2nd bathroom has mold all along the door and frame, we again cleaned and scrubbed that the best we could. We actually spent that Monday cleaning the bathrooms & kitchen while we had rain all day, so that's how our week started out. I had dropped something and looked for it under the dining table you may want to ask housekeeping to move the furniture and sweep, we found food particles, like dried vegetables, and picked up a lot of food crumbs under there. Might I suggest a deep cleaning before your busy season? I know for a fact the Condo was left much cleaner when we left than when we arrived! But, the location is great, and there is plenty to do in the area, but again may want to look at the housekeeping services.

This was a nice condo and met our needs for the Easter weekend that we spent with family that live in the community. Basically, we ate all our meals out with our family so can't review the kitchen/cooking situation. However, everything else was fine.

Best place we have stayed!!!!

This place was impeccable and very clean and you can tell it's well taken care of! I want to get a condo and when I do I want it to be like the condo we stayed in! Everything about this place was perfect! Nick was very easy to get in touch with and would respond quickly! We eneded up wanting to stay another night and so he changed it for us! Then we had something planned the morning we were leaving and he said we could take our time with our checkout since nobody was coming in after us!! It was very nice not to have to rush out the door like everywhere else!! Nick was a wonderful host and I have already told him we plan on being back and hopefully be back often!! The place was wonderful and made for an Amazing vacation spot!
