Great spot with classy ceiling.

We welcome you with complementary Living room with Bar attached. The Kitchen has utensil for your use. Comfy Love seat in the master bed room along with a walk-in closet. We provide bathroom essentials. Host is a text away.
The house entry is on the east side facing the 124th Ave. The basement is occupied by the person incharge of maintenance. Please respect the quiet hours. The basement has its separate entry and wouldn't interfere with the listed space. The front yard can be used as per your wish.

Rooms were good. coffee table had ants around it but we enjoyed our stay. Helpful Owner and helpful neighbors that live on the bottom floor

Not the greatest
The good: Ample living and entertaining space Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable The bad: - Yard was overgrown, not maintained, had cigarette butts, drug paraphernalia, and other garbage littered everywhere - Sink was covered in salsa, and when I attempted to clean it, the sink was clogged and garbage disposal did not work - No hand towels or paper towels on property for drying hands or cleaning - there weren’t clear instructions on unlocking the door upon arriving. When I tried to contact the owner, there was no response for hours. There were photos provided to give extra instruction, but they didn’t come in the email, so I didn’t find them until I tried to contact the host - WiFi login and password given for checkin instructions was incorrect. Again contacted the host but didn’t get a response until about 3-4 hours later. - glass tabletop in the kitchen easily moves and is not a great choice for high traffic areas and children. We came to have a birthday party and sleepover for my son. The plan was to watch movies and play video games. The WiFi was an important feature of this plan and since it was delayed so much, the kids didn’t get to have much fun until later in the evening and couldn’t play outdoors because of the very tall weeds filling the yard.

Party
We threw a 65th birthday for my parents. We had strippers and dancing. It was the best party I've ever thrown and the house was absolutely amazing. It had so much space. You can connect to the tv to play your music. We had karaoke and so much food and the beds are so comfortable and nice. We would love to rent this again

Do Not Book This Property DO NOT USE VRBO!!!!!!!!!
We were scheduled to stay in home laocated Auburn WA. However, upon arrival we noticed that there was the smell of cat urine. Upon entering the living room, we noticed that someone had left their pillow on the couch. Upon further inspection we found an empty water bottle on the back side of the couch. This prompted my wife to inspect further. She then found trash shoved in between the cushions of the couch which then led to her finding two more empty water bottles and a toy under the couch. The refrigerator had a brick holding up what we assumed to be the door of the refrigerator. We then decided to inspect the restrooms which had one hand towel in a tray on the counter and what looked like a used towel clumsily folded on the edge of the bathtub. The linen closet was filthy and had a comforter on the top shelf that looked to have been used and sloppily folded and shoved back into the space. There was dirt on the two other shelves and random string on the bottom shelf. WE LEFT!! When we called to complain to VRBO the first rep apologized for the inconvience of us having to find alternate accomadations; once he saw the pictures we sent over. However the supervisor that later returned my call explained to me that she saw the pictures and reviewed the all of them and said "These do not violate our standard policy". So according to VRBO a unit/house can be dirty and nasty and it does not violate their internal standard for people who sign up to use this platform.

Not good
The first thing you noticed was the smell when you walk in. It was almost unbearable but we had no place to go. My son had ants crawling all over his bag and pillow. No toilet paper or paper towels, but after asking we did get toilet paper. House was not very clean. Cobwebs and stuff on the floor. No plates in any of the cupboards. Would not recommend. Also, somebody living in the basement that coughed and mumbled all night. You could hear him very well through the heating vents. We left first thing in the morning.

Just ok
The home had a nice layout and the beds were all clean and very comfortable, but the house was very dirty otherwise. Spider webs and dead ants/bugs everywhere. We didn’t even feel comfortable taking our shoes off.
