We fell in love with this place the first time we saw due to beautiful and peaceful surroundings in such a nice and prestigious gated community.

As our guests, you will have Direct TV with Netflix.
We offer super fast internet (150 Mbps) that can handle any traffics without hiccups. A very cozy work place set up in master bedroom.

As of March 2022 we installed fence around patio in our back yard. It’s a great addition for a safety of kids and pets!
As of April 2022 we installed Tesla EV charger and our guests can charge it for FREE!

We accommodate guests for one to six months stay. Unfortunately, we do not offer short term rental.

This custom retreat features spacious open concept kitchen with 2 large islands and hardwood flooring. Functional and inviting, this kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook & entertain. The space allows our guests to connect the great room, dining room & backyard easily. Distinctly defined family room and dining room have views of the lushly landscaped grounds. Grand windows bring the outdoors & frame perfect views throughout that will delight your evenings where you would create memories for life! We even have a piano for our musicians guests! Luxurious master bedroom with soaking tub, walk in closet and walk in shower with your own private balcony with amazing views of native landscape.

Each of the 3 beds is set up with down comforters, 2 soft and 2 firm pillows for different preferences.

About The Owner
Oleg and I raised 3 beautiful children (we included our family picture so our guests know us). I am registered nurse at the level 1 trauma center at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. I work in the heart of one of the most critical spaces in the hospital which is the Operating room. My hours can be grueling, the stress overwhelming, and work exhausting but I wouldn’t change it for anything, I love it!
Oleg is the account manager at a transportation company. He is very business oriented with the best entrepreneurial mind so running this VRBO with his help makes this a true labor of love!

Why the Owner Chose Auburn
This absolute serenity retreat is nestled behind a gated entrance at the end of private driveway and located minutes from highway 49, 80, shopping, dining with gourmet meals and golf courses (The Black Oak Golf Course is just around the corner from our community). The major Sutter Faith hospital is 2 ml away. The Life is beautiful here.

What Makes This House Unique
Coming to our home in Auburn has always been our place to unwind and relax. Complete and total privacy remains one of the hallmarks of this Auburn setting with magnificent glimpses of our rich California history and architectural design. We both love travel and have both been asked many times why we go on vacation if we live in Auburn. It’s true our place feels like a vacation resort in close proximity to charming antique and gift shops, fine and whimsical jewelry places and unique apparel stores.
