There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 209 offers a bird's eye view directly over College Street in Downtown Auburn - The best view in town!

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacortita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Great location

Magnolia Linen company thinks of everything. I have stayed at several of their properties in Auburn and they have been very responsive, are in great locations and always have everything you need. This location is right downtown and everything is walkable. It’s safe and secure. Looking forward to returning in the fall!

Great Auburn University Experience

Place was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located to the University. We were able to walk to the University, restaurants, grocery store and shops. If we come back, we’d stay here again.

Favorite place to stay in Auburn

Came to visit my daughter and this was the perfect place to stay! It's convenient to everything, very clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely our new spot to stay when we're in town! On top of the condo being great, the manager was extremely helpful when we left an item behind. She made arrangements for our daughter to pick it up. Great customer service!

Best Location in Auburn

Second time staying at this property. Cannot beat It. Property is very well kept. Perfect for two couples. There is some street noise but to be expected at that location. It is walking distance to everything, most convenient is a Target on the ground floor to get any supplies and snacks you will need for a perfect stay.

Great property and location!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our visit to Auburn and loved this place and the location. It was very clean, spacious, and within walking distance of everything downtown. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and my wife loved the decor. Amanda was also very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend, Friday to Monday, first football game of the year against Alabama A&M. The apartment is AUsome. Close to campus. Right across from Mellow Mushroom. Location is great, however, there is a good bit of road noise. Do not plan to go to bed early if you stay here. Target is great for picking up whatever you need.

Amazing!

Upon arriving, I was blown away by the size of the apartment, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the downtown shops, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful furnishings — sound machines in each bedroom and blankets in the den! And you can’t beat the location. I felt like a college kid again; I was able to sleep til 8:15 and still make it to my training class in Biggin Hall by 8:30! (And having Target literally at my doorstep made last-minute grocery and sundry shopping super easy.) In summary: 10/10, would recommend!
