"I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks.
The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the laundry service was careful and reliable.
The only insects I saw in the room were a few ants, and even those appeared only occasionally at night during the rainy season.
One thing to note is the location. Since the hotel is in Bangli, it can be difficult to get a Grab taxi. The area does not allow advance ride bookings, so...

"The rooms are great but very disappointed as your website stated refrigerators in rooms and TV however NO refrigerators in any rooms & only Indonesian language TV - nothing for overseas guests as we can't understand the Indonesian channels. Also some other travel companies state that Wahyu Dewata Villas have tea/coffee making, bathroom robes, in-room safe & bath but none of these are available. Very nice villas but cannot stay there again without refrigerator & English-speaking TV channels."

"The conditions of this property were absolutely disgusting. Considering what they charge per night after 2 nights I had to leave. The green mould growing around the exhaust fan, black mould and small mushrooms growing around the toilet, silicone in the shower, and on the tiles: not to mention white mould coming through on the bedroom feature wall cement rendering. "Un gran hotel en Bali, totalmente nuevo, equipado, acogedor, las piscinas, el spa y sobre todo, la gente que atiende, especialmente Gek Mas del restaurante de la playa, y todo por un precio más que razonable que difícilmente se podrá conseguir en otros países con estas comodidades. Mejoraría un poco el horario de atención del restaurante que solo es hasta las 10 pm y la variedad del menú para aquellos que se quedan más de 3 o 4 días en el lugar, pero es algo que no opaca en nada la buena...

"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.
