"Clean hotel but a bit dated in decor. Corridors are sometimes confusing within the newer blocks added. Bathrooms clean, food excellent. Breakfast buffet well worth the £12 fee. NO air conditioning and rooms exposed to the sunny side are very warm. Fans provided but inadequate to cool the room. Would still visit again."

"Accommodated on the second floor up two large flights of stairs in the old part of the complex. No lifts. Not ideal if you've got COPD and Asthma, let alone artificial hip's. Would have been helpful if this had been brought to my attention prior to arriving etc. Prices for evening meals were also on the steep side."

I neeed to make sure i had enough clean laundry as i would not have access ta any laundry facilities for the next 12 days. The room was nice, and perfect for a solo traveller."

"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

Siempre ha sido un hotel excelente, diría que el mejor de la zona, ya que me he alojado en unos cuantos en Rochester, Chatham, Gillimham, Gravesend y Sittingbourne, por lo que puedo comparar. Normalmente daría una puntuación de excelente, pero algunas de las medidas que están tomando por el covid-19 rozán el ridiculo. Una de las más irritantes es que tienes que llamar por telefono a recepción para que vengan a abrirte la puerta...

"The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use. The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas. Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay."
