Guests are able to enjoy the full house. Parking is available on the street. We provide 2 parking passes so you can park where it shows limited hours of parking and if you have more than 2 cars you can easily find parking on the side streets without any limiting timing.
There are only 2 exterior security cameras on the premises of this listing : one is above the back deck sliding door and the other one is a bell camera on the front entrance door for safety and security reasons and they are both recording. Guests can reach us via bell camera in case they need us .

We are always available just text us for any help. I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

We offer a parking slip for car so you can park, We recommend to park your car and enjoy the city the Beach. Best way to travel walk and Uber
SEASONAL BEACH PASSES ARE INCLUDED -6 of them !!! But don’t loose them, they cost $30/each. 2 Parking passes are provided for street parking anywhere, even where it says 2 hour limit , without any limits. But don’t loose these either, these cost $75/each . The house is pet friendly and we do require a pet fee of $150/per pet for the entire stay .
1 night stays can request their cleaning fee to be reduced if the number of guests is 2 during off season. Offer valid only during the non-holidays and week days only

Important * House is on the Bay, Parents are responsible to watch there children at all times while they are on the deck. Children under 5 are not allowed on boat Dock. Outside Furniture must be stored inside home do to heavy winds on the Bay, Must put down umbrella and stack chairs. Pets are allowed for extra fee
There are surveillance devices installed on the front entrance and above the back deck entrance for safety reasons that are recording !!!

You’ll receive the address on the day of arrival .

House Rules:
• Smoking not allowed in the house at any time. -$250 fine if detected.
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident.
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• No under age drinking of any kind. If seen you will be sent home. 21 is the legal age.
• No swimming in the Bay after 8pm. And if you do swim , swim at during high tides. If you want to swim, you can swim between 8am and 8pm. Keep in mind, we don’t have any lifeguards and you are swimming at your own risk.
• Deck umbrella: must be rolled down when you are not on the deck, due to high winds please roll down and tie the umbrella when you leave the deck for the night .
• Deck furniture cushions: please take off chairs and couch and bring inside when done using deck for the night due to heavy winds and stack table chairs
• Deck Rules: No loud music after 10pm . You can still go out on the deck after 11pm but keep it calm due to respect for the neighbors , it is open for you all night.
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• One of the Bedrooms has a DVD players hooked up , please put the DVDs back when done using them.
• Xbox there : it has one controller set up to play games , please put back on entertainment center when done using it.
• Air conditioners must be set on energy savers when turned on. Some don’t have energy save , so please turn them off when you check out.
• Please put used towels in Landry room before checking out .
