Enjoy two private outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing after a beach day! There is a BBQ located at the top of the driveway just off the rear deck. The rear deck offers a great outdoor seating area great for al fresco dining or evening cocktails. Enjoy the ocean breeze and a morning coffee on the front porch with comfy seating.

🌊 Beach chairs are provided on the rear deck, beach towels and tags are also provided for ultimate convienence.

🅿️ Driveway parking fits 2 cars; additional street parking is available w/ two visitor permits provided.

🧳 What to Bring? Just your clothes!
Beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided. Enjoy the convenience of beach chairs, towels, and tags.

There is another unit below this one which is rented separately. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area, and none of the homes entrances, spaces, or amenities are shared.

Listing Notes:
This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Ventnor based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “Management Fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Multi Family Home:
You`ll have the whole place to yourselves however, like many of the homes on this part of the Island, this home is considered a `duplex`. TVs:
All of our TVs are smart TVs. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu HBO and Netflix with your credentials there is no cable. There is a a Smart Roku TV is located in the downstairs bedroom, plus one in the living room.

Stairs Required:
There are about 8 steps required to access the first floor living area, and an additional 10-12 steps required to reach the second floor where the bedrooms are located.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
