We enjoyed our stay. The house is only a block from the beach, perfect size for just the three of us. The area is very quiet and family oriented. The owner is super responsive, but I did have to reach out about the check-in and check out process. They did respond right away with the information though. We found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable. The furniture is outdated and the house could have been a little more cleanly.

Quaint cottage close to the beach!

Great week at the brigantine cottage! Gladys made you feel welcomed. The property is small but clean and accessible to many restaurants and shops. Location is the best with only 1 block to the beach! Easy for young children and elderly! Great memories!

Nice and family-friendly

The place is newly renovated and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, and the beach is wonderful—perfect for a small family with young children. Check-in was easy, and the hostess was very responsive. We had a small issue with low water pressure, but it was fixed within a few hours. The kitchen was a bit under-stocked, but we managed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, although the AC units are quite loud, and there were a few nights when we were woken up by noise from the renters upstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the beach! Thanks!

JULY 4TH !!!!

Everything was happily as expected. Gladys was prompt with her replies to my questions/inquires. No complaints about the accommodations. The only small complaint was that the 'outside' shower was not enclosed, and the water pressure was a little more than a trickle. Not a big deal but a little disappointing. I do love an outside shower. when returning from the beach :)

Perfect little spot a block from the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 3 for a few nights at the shore. The convenience to the beach was perfect so we could come back to the house for lunch. We drove to Ocean City for the boardwalk one evening, but were happy to be back in quieter Brigantine the rest of the time. The house was clean and everything still looked new and well-kept. The AC condensers were a little distracting at first, but once we knew what was causing the noise and vibration they were easy enough to ignore. Would definitely stay here again.

Property & Gladys Deliver on Promises

This was our first VRBO experience, and it met the mark in every way. Everything simple, clean and laid out for us. Mom, Dad and 8 year old son thoroughly enjoyed their Brigantine beach getaway thanks to this wonderful property and the attention to detail of the property manager, Gladys. You are safe here!

A FABULOUS get away!

Gladys has created a home away from home! Everything we needed and more. Brigantine is a beautiful island to visit and enjoy. The beach was SO close to the property. Gladys was an absolute delight to work with! We will definitely be coming back!
