Kick back and relax in this calm, quaint and cozy studio apartment. The space is newly renovated and updated with a kitchenette, queen size bed, TV and a beautiful full bathroom with a large shower.
Perfect for couples, a small family or a pair of friends, this apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Less than a 5 minute walk to Tropicana Casino. Many local eateries nearby. Enjoy all that Atlantic City has to offer at the Starlite Studio!
This cozy and cute space is made to make you feel right at home. The private entrance to this apartment is on the lower level of the home.
LIVING ROOM: The studio has a loveseat couch for 2 and a TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps).
KITCHENETTE: -There is a kitchenette with basic amenities, a small refrigerator and a single burner for cooking small meals.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -There is a comfortable queen bed adorned with cozy linens, and a beautiful full bathroom that has a very large shower.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: -There are no temperature controls in this apartment. The temperature is set at an average. There is a heater and a fan for guests to use as well.

ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the entire studio apartment. -Guests DO NOT have access to the driveway or backyard. -This apartment is in a multi family home. -The upper unit of the home is a separate 3 bedroom unit that is also a property we rent on Airbnb. -Each space has it's own separate private entrance and there is no access to one another. -The Starlite Studio is the unit in the lower section of the home so there is a possibility for noise from the upstairs unit. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY: -Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING: -There is no designated parking, vehicles can on street park where available. -We provide a residential parking pass to put in the dashboard of your car that can be used in areas with residential restricted parking signs. -$100 fee for parking permits not returned upon departure. -We strive to provide parking permits for our guests' convenience; however, please note that availability is limited. The city issues a set number of permits and unfortunately does not replace lost or unreturned ones. While we do our best to ensure permits are available for your stay, there may be rare instances when a previous guest has misplaced one. We sincerely apologize if this occurs and appreciate your understanding. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
ADDITIONAL PARKING: -There is also a parking garage at Stockton University less than 5 minutes from the home. -Tropicana parking garage is also at the end of the block for additional parking.
MAIL: -Please do not ship items to the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "Starlite Studio", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES BOOKING and GUESTS Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items.
