Shore House
The home was beautiful and very spacious for my family and grandchildren. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately the hot tub was cold and out of our week stay we were able to go in it only one time, for a total of about 2 hours. The owner did send a pool company, but the owner controls on her phone the temperature and activation of the jets. Initially, you need to go through the VRBO app to communicate with the owner regarding the temperature and/or the jets. This became very frustrating. My suggestion would be install a timer, like when you go to a resort where you turn it on for “X” amount of time and it turns off and you have to get out and reset the timer if you want to stay in. Therefore you’re not wasting electricity, which I understand. Regarding the temperature, when the pool company came the heater was not turned on and once he turned it on it heated the hot tub very quickly, however it turned off within a few hours, again because all this is controlled by the owner on her phone. Other than the hot tub issue, the home is very nice, but if you want a hot tub I would communicate first with the owner to see if these issues have been addressed.
