Prime Oceanfront Location! This 3-story luxury home welcomes you for the ultimate vacation/getaway experience. This beautifully furnished and decorated beach home is located on Ocean Ave, between 40th and 41st Streets in Brigantine.

Located on a quiet, secluded street that backs up to the natural beauty of the dunes and the peace and tranquility of the lifeguard-protected beach, this spectacular house is only 5 minutes away from the action and excitement of the Hard Rock Hotel, Harrahs & Borgata in Atlantic City! It's the best of both worlds. In addition, the property is located only a short two block walk to a park with tennis, shuffleboard, roller hockey, basketball, miniature golf and a skateboard park. So relax on the beach or enjoy some family friendly sports, all within a short walking distance of the house. Then enjoy the world-class Atlantic City nightlife only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment and sensational restaurants.

This 3-story home is designed with decks on every level providing stunning ocean and AC skyline views. There are bedrooms on the second and third floors while the 1st floor open floor plan is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The layout is ideal for large families or for two families vacationing together.

The third floor offers a huge master suite with king bed and sitting area and 8' oversize Anderson slider doors. It has a vaulted ceiling with dual skylights and a private deck with lounge chairs and wonderful ocean views. The master suite offers a spacious closet and a tiled master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks and tiled shower.

The 2nd floor oceanside bedroom is decorated in a contemporary beach style and has a queen bed. It features a private deck with two Adirondack chairs. It has it's own private bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom faces the west toward the bay and includes 2 twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combination.

The 1st floor greets you with a huge 22' X 16' living room with gas fireplace. Relax in comfort on the sleeper sofa with love seat while you enjoy your favorite movie on the 40' Sony HD TV. One vanity half bathroom is located off the living room. The 1st floor also features an 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the light oak hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the state of the art newly renovated gourmet kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium range/oven, cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and dual basin stainless sink. The dining room features a large dining table (and counter top) with comfortable seating for 6-10. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also on the 1st floor.

Brigantine Rental review

Great Value for an oceanfront home on quiet street. Property was clean, well maintained and conveniently accessible to beach (10 min walk) plus path is behind house. Description was accurate, great ocean views from 2 & 3 floor decks, dune view from first floor. Lots of windows and large sliding doors which were heavy for young kids to open/close. Ken the owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful in getting us settled. He provided beach chairs, cart and umbrella so less for us to pack in the car. Definitely plan on returning for next Summer!

Beach was beautiful but a really long walk from house. Disappointed that there was no view of ocean from deck. An issue with sliding doors, difficult to open and close, screen doors didn’t close all the way. We had beautiful weather all week so even with negatives a good time had by all.

Perfect Brigantine stay

We had a week of good weather, and enjoyed the easy access to a great beach. Spacious enough for all 5 adults to be comfortable, including the 2 that had to spend part of the week online working!

Fabulous Family Fun!!

This house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for 6 of us and 2 fur babies. House had everything needed for a perfect week long vacation. Loved having beach chairs available and path to beach right there. Even Mother Nature cooperated with a perfect week of weather! Ken was a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had! Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

Overall very good. Too many maintenence details.

Really nice property with a group of small maintenance issues. Sliding screen doors dont stay in their track, electric outlets poorly installed, rusty tub drains with no plug, silverware chaotic with some items not clean. If some of these were fixed we would feel better about returning next year. Sad, because it is a very nice place.

Look No Further!!

The condo was in a prime locations and less than a 3 minute walk to a private beach! The property had everything you will need for a long weekend getaway. The only thing I would have liked is to have the BBQ on the deck as opposed to having to go outside and away from entertaining guests.

2022 Brigantine Vacation Rental Was Awesome

Plenty of room for three generations of family. Second floor worked great for parents and kids with two bathrooms, like a suite of rooms. Open concept living first floor was great for family games, eating, etc. master bedroom on third floor has spectacular ocean views. Enjoy sunrises from both second and third levels.

Owner Ken extremely easy to communicate with. Great location on dead end street. Very roomy and well equipped house. House could use a little TLC and cleaning crew could have spent more time on floors and bathrooms. Walk to the beach thru dunes is a bit long, but we found it charming. Over all a great vacation and we would return to this house again.

Good, not great.

The owner was great with communication at check in and beforehand. Very responsive. We were a bit let down by the condition of the house. It was clean on arrival, but many small “issues” with maintenance of home: holes poorly repaired in doors/walls, floor was buckled a bit in main dining area, plumbing was backward on some faucets, screen door doesn’t close properly. Too many little issues to give it a great rating. Very limited view of the ocean from top floor. Only visible while standing due to long protected area and brush. we had a good week, but expected better condition of house based on prior reviews and listing.

Great location to relax!

We had the best time relaxing in the house located so close to the beach. Views from the 3 decks on each level were a special treat for sunsets each night. Clean property, animal-friendly, and very private.

Great stay - could use a bit of sprucing

We had a great time at this property. The owner/agent was very communicative throughout when we found an issue. There were some light out in the kitchen and needed an electrician who was not able to come during our stay. The fridge water/ice tasted bad, so we used the sink and bottled water during our stay. Overall, the house did exactly what it should, but the whole place could use a week of repair work. Paint was old and chipped in places, curtains were there, but mostly not useful, lights in the closets and some patios did not work, front screen door does not close, etc. None of this really detracted from our enjoyment of our time, but worth knowing in advance. Great job getting it clean ahead of our arrival!!

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed - space (for 4 adults and 2 kids), access to the beach, and a great view. My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor and could see the beach, Atlantic City, all kinds of birds in the dunes and a spectacular sunrise (so bring your eye masks if you like to sleep in 😊). The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to going back.

Very pleasant week for whole family!

Location is convenient to beach access. Beach was clean and not overcrowded during our stay. House met most of our needs. Pretty clean but in need of some minor TLC - ( storm door and refrigerator requires repairs/replacement) Great master suite! Providing own linens, etc., not a problem. We felt safe and comfortable.

Great place for families with pets!

We had a very nice stay and had everything we needed. There is a big beautiful master suite on the 3rd level, but do bring sleeping masks if you are light sensitive, because there are two large skylights with nothing to block the sun in the morning. Gorgeous views from the 2nd and 3rd level balconies - we saw at least 5 firework shows from all directions on July 4th. Great neighborhood to walk the dogs and a lot of people had them. The walk to the beach was a bit long but the pictures tell you that story. The only real complaint was with the sliding glass door on the main level - it was extremely difficult to open and close, my children always required assistance. There is a bit of wear and tear that could use some sprucing up as far as paint, wall and door scuffs, but it's animal friendly. The owner, Ken, could not be nicer or more responsive. Overall this was a great place to stay with pets.

Great stay overall.

Very easy communication with owner and check in process. Wonderful views from decks. Walk to beach is pleasant through dunes-especially since we have teenagers who can bring their own items. House is nice, but slightly warn, dryer stopped working during our stay. I would highly recommend. Love Brigantine!
