Come stay at this newly renovated, beautiful, modern and posh unit just 1 block from the beach and boardwalk and more! A walk or quick drive to everything that Atlantic City has to offer, while enjoying a completely updated and stylish space.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is brand new, immaculate, luxe and trendy with all the amenities and features you will need for an impeccable and comfortable getaway! Let Posh Paradise be your next retreat location!

A beautiful and new modern unit, with an outside balcony and wonderful amenities! Enjoy this space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay. Stylish and trendy with upscale finishes.

LIVING AREA:
The unit has a large living area with a dining table for 6, comfortable couches and a large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps).

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is brand new with beautiful countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you will need to prepare meals.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-The 2nd floor has 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms designed with comfort and style in mind, which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
-Each bedroom has tasteful decor and include wall mounted smart TV’s (there is no cable, just streaming apps) and cozy bed linens.

BEDROOM 1: 1 King Sized bed, a vanity/desk table, closet storage and a full bath with a tub.
BEDROOM 2: 2 Queen Sized beds, a desk, a dresser, closet storage and a full bath with a stand-up shower.

BALCONY:
The sliding glass door opens to a small outdoor balcony perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail before heading to the Beach or Boardwalk!

AMENITIES:
The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more!

LOCATION:
The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort and Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.
-Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.
-Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Posh Paradise", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

-Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.

OTHER DETAILS:
-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

Wonderful house.

Communication was amazing, the house was very clean and updated. Good location to the boardwalk. The development is less than perfect but this is beyond the owners control, when you step inside the house it is beau!

Concert Weekend

Stayed for a concert at the Ocean Casino. Place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. (Except a corkscrew! LoL) neighborhood was a bit shady but that's just the nature of Atlantic City. We never felt unsafe in the condo. Location was very convenient and easily walkable to boardwalk, resort and beach. We had a great trip! Thanks

Looks Can Be Deceiving

The unit was exactly as described and we were very happy with the INSIDE of it. However, the outside needs work and there were several cats (5 that we saw during our stay) that tenants there are feeding which is why they hang around there, especially at night. The steps to get to the unit need repair(9th & 11th step walking up). We were nervous about putting too much weight on them. And I didn’t like being expected to take our own garbage out to the dumpster upon leaving when they have secured a cleaning service. Nevertheless, we loved the unit itself, the host responded quickly to any questions we had in a timely manner and I would use them again. However, I’d prefer to stay in a unit in which any stairs I had to use were in better shape.
