This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 primary baths with showers, 1 main hallway bath with tub/shower, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. Living room and dining room were also updated recently and all 3 bathrooms on main level were recently remodeled. Flat screen HDTV in the living room along with 2 additional TVs in bedrooms. Wireless internet. Other features include central AC, hardwood bamboo floors, interior laundry room in hall, enclosed full bath with double shower on beach level, large garage with extra room for inside storage, outdoor grill, and lots of off-street parking for 4+ cars. Walk to stores, restaurants, bakery and other retail steps away at 55th street.

Fun getaway!

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Paul was great to work with. He answered my emails/ texts immediately. He sent me a list of things to do and restaurants nearby! We were three couples and we appreciated the fact that each couple had our own bathroom. The home is kept up. We all agreed it was the best home we’ve stayed in and we would stay there again.

Perfect beach house

We could not have asked for a more beautiful beach house! Everything was wonderful and being able to see the water while sitting inside was magical. The beach was steps away and we enjoyed walks by the water. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful house , wonderful views

Had a wonderful girls weekend at this home. It was clean with amazing views and very close access to the beach. It was a cold weekend but we could sit in the living room and watch the waves which was nice. Everything was as stated and our host was awesome. He checked on us when we arrived and took the trouble to send us ideas for dining. Hoping to stay again maybe in September. It’s a 10 !

Girls getaway

Easter Weekend Stay

We loved everything about this home, especially the updated bathrooms and the location! We drank coffee on the beautiful deck in the morning and played games in the evening at the perfect size dining table! All while listening to the ocean. You will not be disappointed!

Great House!!
