    Step inside to a spacious, sunlit living area featuring two cozy sofas, an oversized armchair, and modern technology, including six TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. Great property in a great location. We were two families with 11 people and had just enough room. The house is as advertised and had everything we needed. Communication was timely and proactive. The main draw for this house is the location. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away. And the best restaurant (Oves Beachside Grille) at the shore is right across the street!

The house was immaculate. Every detail taken care of for us to settle in. The view was spectacular. Morning sunrise over the ocean with coffee was delightful. The location to the boardwalk with a young family was great, no parking issue and a simple walk to boardwalk stores and rides. The kitchen fully stocked for our meals, beach supplies and beach tags, all made us feel like being home. We would recommend this home and we would definitely return.

Highly recommend this house! It is a fantastic location, steps from the boardwalk and beach which makes going to the beach with little kids so much easier. The hosts were kind and very easy to communicate with. If bringing little kids, know that there is a stairway entrance in the living room area. A baby gate would be helpful, and the hosts said we could rent one, though we found the price per day to be a bit outrageous. The house was lovely and clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!

I highly recommend this house and the property management company. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, including the deck which we spent most of our time on while at the house. The management company was quick to reply and super accommodating. I will absolutely be back!

Friends Vacation

We gather during the year to celebrate our 65 year friendship! We love Ocean City and all the activities it offers. This property is the perfect location to the boardwalk and downtown! The house was clean and spacious. We especially loved the fireplace! It was so cozy!

Wonderful Week

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It looks just as great as the pictures and had enough space for our large family. Great balcony overlooking the ocean, which we enjoyed despite it being November. Easy access to the Boardwalk and the beach.

Just perfect!

Our book club has been going to the beach in the spring for about 20 years. This is our first trip to OCNJ and we loved it! This beach house couldn't have been better! It was clean, updated, nice lay out and a it has a great view of the ocean. We will be back!

Beach front, great views!! Walk right on the beach or boardwalk. Property has towels, linens, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach caddy cart, and more, making the stay super convenient!! Communication with Kim and Steve is easy, they check in with you via text upon arrival, midway through the week, and at checkout. Highly recommend staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
