Located in the Inlet area of Atlantic City, this home provides tranquility and pleasure while being a short walk to the boardwalk which overlooks the nearing town of Brigantine, close to the beach, a few blocks from the Historic Gardner’s Basin, not far from the casinos and still near all the action of AC!
The home has been freshly designed with décor to make you really set into “getaway mode”. With tasteful decor and an array of natural light, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer.
MAIN LEVEL:
The main level has a great size living room with a large TV (There is no cable for the TVs only streaming apps), a futon couch and ample seating, which leads into a kitchen that has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. There is a dining table to seat up to 8, and various counter bar stools for additional seating. In addition to the living room, there is a lounge room with a large TV, comfy couch and a skee ball game table for loads of entertainment. There is a half bath on the main level.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds.
Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes some clothing storage as well as luggage racks for guests' usage.
BEDROOM 1: The master ensuite bedroom has a queen bed, a TV (No cable) and a newly updated full bathroom with a beautiful stand-up shower.
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Sized bed.
BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen Sized bed, a TV (No cable) and a private half bathroom.
BEDROOM 4: 2 Full Sized beds.
HALL BATH: There is 1 full bathroom with a tub for the bedrooms to share.
BACKYARD:
You may enjoy the backyard and deck, which has 2 chairs perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while soaking in the ocean air! There is a charcoal grill in the backyard for guests to use. *(Please note that we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid, guests must supply their own)
AMENITIES:
The home is also equipped with Wifi, games, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access the entire home, small front porch, back deck and the backyard.
- Guests will not have access permitted to the garage.
-Please keep in mind that this is an attached style home.
-There are stairs to enter the home, stairs to the second floor and stairs from the deck to the backyard.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
PARKING:
-There is a driveway at this property for 2 vehicles.
-There is ample free street parking in front of the home.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Laguna Way", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:

We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
