This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, 2 flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more.

Top of the line queen size mattresses and custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. Deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for your use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest.

We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City.

Other features include WiFi with Google Home WiFi System for excellent internet access, 2 smart TVs with over 300 premier channels, Keurig K-Duo Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker, outdoor enclosed shower and two window unit air conditioners in each condo. Two beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach buggy carts are available for your use. There is bike storage space in the backyard. There are no electric charging accommodations for electric vehicles, E-bikes, electric wheelchairs or electric scooters. Everything you need for a great shore vacation is right here.

You can park your car and walk to everything. We are across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Recreation center with basketball courts, football/soccer field, volleyball, skateboard park, track, shuffleboard, playground are three blocks away. Amusements and mini-golf are only three blocks away. Asbury Avenue's shops and restaurants are an easy 15 minute stroll.

*4 person maximum limit per condo. Additional fee of $200 per night for each person over the 4 person maximum limit.

*1 dog with $100 pet fee. *Must be 23 years of age to rent.
