Come enjoy & relax at this newly built 3-bedroom family home, conveniently located <1.5 blocks from the beach in addition to being just a short walk to the bay where you will experience some of the best sunsets in New Jersey. Open floor living room with custom gourmet kitchen outfitted with all new appliances. Bedroom in the back with full size bed and bath on the 1st floor along with 1 Queen & 2 Twin Beds on the 2nd floor with custom tiled bathrooms for both. You can comfortably sit outside on either the front porch or on the second floor (both fully furnished). Outdoor shower and ground level garage with additional off-street parking for 3 cars.

Friendly town within walking distance (or leisurely bicycle ride) if you want to check-out some of the boutique/small-sized businesses surrounded by the essential go-to's (CVS, WaWa). You may even want to indulge yourself in some of the finest restaurants in New Jersey (capped with Dairy Bar for dessert) or take-out any type of cuisine you're in the mood for.

Perfect spot for our stay

3 couples travelling from all different parts of Canada for a wedding. Was absolutely perfect for us and the location is unbelievable. Walked to the beach in 2 mins to catch some fresh air in between wedding duties. 👍

Such a gem in Southend Margate!

We just completed a 4-week stay at this modern, well-appointed property in quiet Southend of Margate. It was super easy to check-in and the home included everything we needed for a long stay. Our host, Chris, was responsive and very flexible with our check-out after being delayed by Hurricane Ian in FL. I recommend the property and Chris to anyone who's considering a trip to one of the best towns at the Jersey shore!

Was a perfect spot

All of the women said how much they enjoyed the home during a recent women’s retreat. The only minor negative was the wish for bigger beds but really that’s nit-piking. Everyone loved the house and the location!

Great place to relax and enjoy your time with family!

Relaxing Stay in Great Location!

My husband and I stayed with my parents and had an amazing time. The house is comfortable and clean, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and only 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect! Check-in and communication were simple. We'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay. Property was pristine. Great location to walk to beach & restaurants & bars. Owner was incredibly responsive & very easy to work with. He even allowed an early check in which was great! Very very clean! We can’t wait to rent here again!

Nice Property

Great Lamdlord with a perfect hike located close to where our Field Engineers worked. There was a little hiccup upon check in but the Lamdlord handled immediately. Woolf stay again if working in the area.
